With over 18 years of experience, Etti served as in-house general counsel for a public company for several years and has been a partner and head of the Commercial and Corporate Department at a leading law firm.

Etti has specialized expertise in commercial transactions, both international and local, as well as complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, for which she has acquired a unique business apprehension, founded on open-minded and creative legal solutions.

Etti represents and advises private as well as public companies, in a vast spectrum of industries including hi-tech, providing comprehensive and ongoing legal services regarding all aspects of the firm’s activities such as corporate governance, commercial activity, compliance issues, licensing and drafting of various legal documents.

Etti has extensive experience in corporate finance, funding transactions (debt or equity), creation and management of joint ventures, partnerships and consortiums between technological companies. She also represents startups, commencing at their pre-seed phase, through the financial rounds and until their exits, as well as investors on investing transactions and the realization of existing holdings. Her unique perspective and understanding of her client’s business requirements enables her to achieve successful completion of complex legal issues.
