With over 20 years of hands-on legal experience, has counseled Israel’s largest and most challenging construction projects constructed over the past two decades by international consortiums. Head project lawyer for the construction consortium of the Jerusalem Light Rail Transport project and a member of the senior management of the EPC contractor. Lead project lawyer for the Cross-Israel Highway concession group (Israel’s first ever all-electronic toll road). Head project lawyer for the EPC consortium of the Ashalim Thermal Solar Power Plant. Counseled various other mega-projects such as the Carmel Tunnels project (toll road), Road 531, Haifa Port Construction Project, the Israel Railways electrification project, Israel Electric Company new chimneys Project, Power Plants, Desalination Plants, etc., as well as bidding consortiums and construction companies.
Also possesses extensive experience in counseling commercial ventures, companies and individuals on a range of corporate and commercial issues.
Enjoys strong ties and experience of working with government agencies, leading international law firms, and leading individuals and entities from the public and private sector.
